Bacon Pancakes.

Instead of making everything from The Art of French Cooking, I’m hoping that someday soon I’ll be able to say I’ve made everything from Eat Me: The Food and Philosophy of Kenny Shopsin.

These were without a doubt the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten.
